Hello everyone!

Welcome to Just Ask Lindsey. We will endeavor to review, in a fair and impartial manner, products that appeal to all audiences. We will also attempt to provide tips and quality advice regarding wedding planning and do-it-yourself wedding projects.

Here at Just Ask Lindsey, we realize that while planning a wedding is an exciting time, it can also be very stressful. There are plenty of resources available, but one begins to wonder, "Where do I begin?" I hope that our blogs are not only helpful, but can guide and assist you towards a successful wedding.

Here is a little bit about myself -

I currently work full-time for a catering/banquet company as an Executive Sales Associate. While I have helped plan varied and numerous events, I always find the most enjoyment working with brides. They always have a wonderful energy and excitement for an event that they have been dreaming about since childhood, and I can relate to that. On June 19th of this year, I got engaged to the man of my dreams and we are currently planning our wedding.

Some of you might ask, "Why don't you become a wedding planner instead of blogging about it?" The answer is simple: By blogging, my fiancée and I can reach a larger community. By becoming a wedding planner, I am limiting who I can help.

Weddings and everything associated with them comprise a multi-million dollar industry, if not more. A lot of the products and services designed to help with this process actually serve to take advantage of the couple. Hopefully, the products and services we review and the do-it-yourself tips we provide, will help navigate you through these difficult waters.

We strongly encourage our readers to get involved. This can be done by emailing us with ideas or products you want us to review, your own do-it-yourself tips you have come across, or with comments about our content.
